About Appointments

Appointments are not required for general consultations, including vaccines. On the day of your visit, you will be examined in the order in which you arrive. However, you can be admitted earlier if you fill in your name and other necessary information on “Check-in” online before the consultation begins. Please contact our staff for details.

Surgery, teeth cleaning, and echocardiography require prior consultation and appointment.

Points to note when visiting the clinic

If you have an animal insurance card, vaccine certificate, etc., please bring them with you when you visit the hospital. If you are transferring from another hospital, please also bring any past examination data or medications.

To prevent accidents, please keep your pet in a carrier or on a leash when visiting the hospital and in the waiting room. If you do not have a carrier or leash, please feel free to ask us to lend you one.

Specialized Outpatient Oncology Care

Our specialized outpatient oncology care is available twice a month on Thursdays.
Appointments are required in advance, so please contact our staff if you wish to schedule a visit.

I’m Inoue, in charge of the oncology department. In recent years, the lifespan of dogs and cats has increased, and tumors, which are more likely to occur as they get older, just like in humans, are one of the leading causes of death in dogs and cats. In recent years, diagnosis and treatment at the same level as medicine have become possible. We can provide various treatment options other than standard tumor treatments (surgery, radiation, and anticancer drugs) and standard treatments, so please feel free to contact us if you are having trouble with a tumor.

About animal welfare activities/TNR

In order to reduce the number of unfortunate cats and dogs, we are actively conducting sterilization surgeries and educational activities. We sterilized approximately 800 stray cats per year.
